Webinars and Workshops
Hi, I am Claire Hopper, the founder of OV Cycle. I started OV Seed Cycling kits out of a passion of sharing something I had learnt and that had helped me, with others. Similarly I host workshops for women, and men, where I share knowledge on the menstrual cycle and how it can empower us in a number of ways.
Below are a few of the most common topics I cover:
What is the menstrual cycle and what happens to your hormones during the cycle
How can you utilise the different phases of the cycle to be the most productive
How food can support the hormones in the cycle and reduce negative symptoms
As much as we do have studies to back up what we can share there is still limiting supporting research for women on the menstrual cycle. One of the best things our attendees can benefit from is the basics and then learning how to be more aware of their own cycle and how it feels to them. I try to make the sessions as interactive as possible so that each person can leave feeling a little bit more aware, and in control of their body.
“Claire delivered an insightful and engaging session for our Oneday founders, focusing on productivity and how to align work with the menstrual cycle. Her expertise in this area provided founders with practical strategies to optimise their energy levels and workflow, making a real impact on how they approach their daily tasks. The session was well-structured, full of valuable takeaways, and highly relevant to founders looking to improve their performance through a deeper understanding of their own rhythms. I highly recommend Claire as a speaker, her knowledge and delivery make complex topics accessible and actionable.”
“I really enjoyed Claire’s webinar on cycle phases and productivity. As a woman, I found this discussion incredibly valuable in understanding how our bodies impact our energy and workflow. Claire did a great job breaking down complex concepts into simple, actionable insights and provided a helpful template to integrate into my productivity routine. It was both informative and empowering!”
