What change did you decide to track and how did you rate it before and after 3 months of seed cycling?

I really wanted to reduce bloating. I’d say it was as bad as a 7 out of 10 for me before, but after three months of seed cycling with OV it was down to a 2 in my last cycle.

Are there any other benefits you noticed that you can describe?

I used to binge eat during certain times of my cycle but I’ve found I don’t have the same cravings now I’m seed cycling. I also found the whatsapp community good as people shared their handy tips for example transporting the seeds when travelling, what meals they put the seeds into.

Do you think you will continue with seed cycling and why?

Absolutely. So easy to incorporate into my diet (I add them to my breakfast), the packaging makes it easy to remember which stage of my cycle I’m in therefore I stick to it more.
