“After experiencing health issues, I cannot have any medication with hormones in. I’m not on any form of contraception. Over the past few years my period pain has been getting worse to the point I’d be cramping the week leading up and on painkillers every 2 hours for the first 2 days. I even had to take a sick day one month and stay in bed with a hot water bottle. As seed cycling is all natural I wanted to give it a try.”

How would you rate your cramps before and after 3 months of seed cycling?

I would say my cramps averaged a 9 out of 10 on the pain scale before seed cycling. During the 3 months I noticed a reduction in the cramps. At the end of cycle 2 I didn’t have cramps before my period, and after the 3rd cycle I would rate my cramps only a 2 out of 10.

Are there any other benefits you noticed that you can describe?

I also didn’t get breast pain like I normally would the days running up to my period. It was also nice to hear from other women in the community group and see how they were adding the seeds to their diet.

Do you think you will continue with seed cycling and why?

Yes, I feel the impact and it’s easy to fit in to my daily diet. I’ve already ordered again.
