How would you rate your fatigue before and after 3 months of seed cycling?

I struggle with extreme fatigue before and at the start of my period. Every month there are 2-3 days where I really struggle to function. I'm keen to try natural remedies rather going on contraception. Before seed cycling I would have rated it a 9, after 3 months I’ve only noticed a small difference in this area and would still rate it high at an 8.

Are there any other benefits you noticed that you can describe?

Yes, I noticed that my mood has been more stable in the lead up to my period. I haven't been as emotional or feeling as much rage or overwhelm. I also joined the community group and just learning more about the female reproductive system and hormones was helpful.

Do you think you will continue with seed cycling and why?

Yes, I know it's providing me with nutritional benefits and my mood is better. It's so easy as well. I have already ordered my second kit.

Would you recommend seed cycling to a friend?

Yes. I found it useful and I've already recommended it to several people.
